Mihran Kalaydjian has over 22 years of experience in the hospitality and leisure industry, providing consulting and advisory services to all major brands including Hilton, Starwood, Marriott, Wyndham, IHG, and Hyatt Hotels.
Prior to joining the Daum Commercial Hotel Group, Mr. Kalaydjian was Vice President of Sales for Jerusalem Venture Partners where he was directly responsible for expanding JVP Management Services to 3rd Party owners in addition to overseeing the JVP portfolio of hotels which includes Hilton, Embassy Suites, Renaissance, Marriott, and Courtyard by Marriott brands. Mr. Kalaydjian led Jerusalem Venture Partners (JVP) through several recapitalizations and the profitable conversion of numerous hotel and resort assets.
In addition, Mr. Kalaydjian brings a diverse and successful track record to Daum Commercial, having held senior-level positions in hotel and restaurant acquisition, operations, asset management, accounting and finance for a variety of hotel groups and individual owners/investors, including JW Marriott and Four Seasons.
A creative and talented leader in all aspects of hotel management (including restaurant and food and beverage operations), Mihran Kalaydjian has the proven ability to manage and execute complex business strategies and objectives with a collaborative leadership style.
