Burbank is the entertainment and media capital of the world. The base inventory for the office market lays way to more than 10.0 million square feet of space. Vacancy levels in the market remain low as the market continues to expand in 2005 with strong net absorption growth. The industrial inventory consists of more than 13 million square feet with vacancy levels remaining well below 4% on average and available space remains very scarce.
Future expansion includes 1.8 million square feet by Disney, 1.9 million square feet by NBC and 3.3 million square feet by Warner Brothers.
