DAUM Represents Rugby IPD in the Leasing of 72,000 Sq. Ft. in Rancho Cucamonga, CA

DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented Rugby IPD Corporation in the leasing of a 72,000 square foot building located in Rancho Cucamonga. The total consideration of the lease was approximately $1.6 Million.

Eric Burney, SIOR of DAUM’s Inland Empire office represented Rugby IPD in the transaction. The building is located at 8700 White Oak in Rancho Cucamonga.

Armen Gourdikian and Sid Osborne of Cushman & Wakefield represented R.C. Properties LLC, the lessor in this transaction.
